Fixing Fathers, Inc. & Men's Resources Empowerment workshop Men need an outlet to talk about their difficulties as fathers. Every Sunday, we give them one. This empowerment workshop gives fathers a voice. It helps them to realize their significance. It empowers them while providing them with the life skills needed to be a productive dads. The empowerment workshop celebrates fathers who are want to be involved in their child's life. At a time when fathers are often seen in a negative light, we see the positives, we teach the positives, and eliminate the negatives.
